I am digressing, but I don't really get the whole make-up/no make-up angle. I don't think the amount of foundation you have is any indication of how you perform in a film or the worthiness of the role. 🤔

Priyanka was in "glam" mode in Fashion, but that is the meatiest role she got before Kaminey.

Looks wise I think shes looking great in MAMK but her role looks more meatier in Kurbaan.

I meant that as a general statement because I see all these articles about people going "de-glam". Katrina in Rajneeti is an example.

Konkona had plenty of make-up on in Luck By Chance but I feel that has been the grittiest performance of the year so far.

Depends on what the role is. Konkona was playing a struggling actress. And Priyanka a model.

Kareena's playing a wife. Its a domestic drama and she's not deglam throughout. She has makeup in portions where its normal to have makeup on.

But for that particular look in the poster, the deglam look makes a more raw statement.
