A restless Anushka

ANUSHKA Sharma made the Indian film industry sit up and notice when she dazzled on to the screens with Shah Rukh Khan in Yash Raj Production's Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi but now the model turned actress is ready to move on.

She had originally signed a three-film contract with YRF, which prohibits her from signing any films with other banners, but now she is getting itchy feet and wants to broaden her horizon.

India's Mid Day reported the young star was 'getting restless and wants the contract to end soon so she can take on more work'.

She is currently shooting in Hyderabad on Parmeet Sethi's film opposite Shahid Kapoor and has expressed her desire with Parmeet 'to wrap up the schedule for this movie as soon as possible.'

According to insiders, Anushka was approached by a few directors, but she couldn't sign any films as she was bound by the contract.
