Do you flair for comedy in current news and events

Do you have flair for comedy and satire? Are you creative? Do you love to read current events or news in the areas of technology, politics, sports, entertainment, etc and look for humour in them? Do you have the talent to take everyday situations in normal life, quote and poke fun at it?

If you meet the above requirements, then we are interested in talking to you and pay you for your contributions either as full-time, part-time or freelance contributor for satirical news. We have writers in many different areas on our staff, and at this moment only looking for comedy writers who have flair to read and poke fun at headlines and stories that appear in daily news, current events. Please do not contact us otherwise at this moment if you don't meet our requirements. We don't expect you to have prior professional experience as a writer or comedian.

Who are we?
We are a Los Angeles based production company that has a long history of syndicating material for many TV shows and movies produced in Hollywood, and also co-producing some shows and movies. We have also recently made foray into Bollywood and Indian Television.

Please pick an article or headline in daily news that might have appeared in last couple of months, and send article link, and your one liner as to what you find funny in the article or headline. Your response must not exceed more than 3-4 lines.
