well, before every hit, every actor/actress is called a flop...

besides, earlier on in the career, even ash was called that naa... so it's unfair to write sonam off just after two movies...

anyways, i just wish she would be a little more careful with her words...

I am not saying calling "Aunty" or "Uncle" is bad - what is bad is ur intentions behind it.

every actor will get replaced in time to come.

sridevi took over rekha
Madhuri took over sridevi

and

Ash took over Madhuri ....

So it's not very nice to emphasize that ur the younger one and thus the better one.. coz in 10yrs time, there will be somebody coming to replace sonam and then she will definitely wanna eat her words... It's demeaning for an actor to be written off just because she is 'old'. It insults her body of work so far ...
Age is just a number. Ash was not from the industry. She is beautiful, she was Miss World, she's a leading actress, is a well-known ambassador for indian cinema abroad and Bachchan's daughter in law... She's a self-made woman.

Sonam should really think before speaking and whom she's speaking about. Sonam's a pretty girl but has yet to make a mark. How long can she be dependent on papa Anil?

Come to think abt it - Even Anil Kapoor has worked with Katrina Kaif - who's abt sonam's age. Does Katrina call Anil Uncle ?!

Reminds me of Pooja Bhatt-Neelam episode. Pooja Bhatt had loads of attitude as a newcomer; called Neelam a 'senior' and claimed to have not known such a senior's work. Funny thing was Pooja is just 4 years younger to Neelam.😆 And even funnier is that Pooja never saw the kind of success Neelam had.

Im pretty new to the bolly section on IF....and its really obvious that once a negative news pops up abt Sonam, some people rush here to post it. Whats funnier, is that people BELIEVE it even if from sources like MIDDAY. now what does that mean?
Have you ever heard of Sonam saying anything negative abt Aish? I sure havent. So wat if she said they bbelong to different generations? Im a big fan of aish myself, but that comment didnt affect me. And we all know Sonam genuinely respects Aish, if you had watched the videos you all would understnad that. But the fact is that some people just dont WANT to look at it that way. I guess that shows that haters will be haters.
You all can go on beliving this one is true too, whatever makes you all happy 😊

Yes! both dated Bobby Deol. The reason for resentment was Bobby of all people.😃
