oh i really wish and hope it IS confirmed... he is a fine actor... this will be his chance to break into the mainstream cinema, so-called... it was too bad they never even considered Aamir for any single awards, such a shame... it was a good movie considering many others that were nominated...!!

i still doubt if the news is true as there is another article which tells abhay is the chosen one for chenab gandhi.... so which to believe?

Sanjay Leela Bhansali is known to make even non-actors emote.

I hope Rajeev Khandelwal proves himself in this one. Who knows we will get another SRK and 👎🏼 to nepotism again.

This is indeed great news. I am so happy to see Rajeev getting a role like this because he is truly deserving. And I know he will do a great job compared to those, who didn't get the role. Maybe, there is some hope that more and more people from outside the industry, who aren't necessarily the ones with the model looks can make it in Bollywood on their hard work and talent.

Preferring starkids over other non-insider actors = Nepotism
