Aishwarya Rai demands an Apology from Sonam Kapoor

Bollywood diva Aishwarya Rai seems to be miffed with young starlet Sonam Kapoor these days. Reports reveal that Sonam had recently commented that Ash doesn't belong to her generation. And this remark has apparently not gone well with the actress.

Grapevine has it that Ash got so infuriated with Sonam's 'irresponsible' comment that she came up saying that such statements reflect Sonam's juvenile mindset.

According to our source, Sonam's statement seem to have annoyed Aishwarya so bad that she is now seeking nothing less than an apology from the Kapoor girl.

Well, is Aishwarya getting too conscious about her aging there? Guess so!

There seems to be a desperation in the media to somehow make at least a dent in her perfect career.

Ash has signed so many Fabulous films..which will keep her busy for another couple of years and looking at the list of directors..probably many awards too.

She is married...35+ and will leave bollywood at an unbelievable high.

The ball is set rolling There is nothing anyone even media can do.The frustrations are so obvious..

As for Sonam she has been a bit reckless for a while..In this case..Forget AB..Abhishekh himself has a network of childhood friends who wield a huge clout over the industry....That Midday article was a huge mistake...

media or someone close to the media might be trying to pay off to write such articles about Ash to bring her down..? that's also quite possible, considering many scenarios.. i wouldn't be surprised..

but i agree.. she has such a remarkable line up and she is in an enviable position... no doubts her contemporaries are feeling it and dare i use the word 'jealous' of her too..!!

i doubt she has asked for an apology.. she is way too classy lady to do that..!!

as for sonam, yes she has said quite a few 'reckless' things.. however, in this case she was all praise... however, media or whoever is paying the media will use anyone to show ash down...

p.s. i want to know about that mid-day article too.. 😳😳

Why are media after Ash's age? Seriously! She is 35+ and she is doing fine. I am glad after so long a married woman in her mid thirties is doing so well in Bollywood. But of course people don't like that. Stupid mindset of stupid people.

As for Sonam...well they do belong to 2 generations. Ash is a very well established senior actress she is a newcomer- 2 generations right there! I don't see Ash asking for an apology for this fact!

Also what is with the media. They are so sexist. SRK, Akki, Aamir are all older than Ash. So why does a woman become less relevant, less sexy after 35 where as a man gets all "studly" post 40. Psssh!!! Double standards I tell ya

why blame media only... it's industry in general...

ash is the ONLY one who is doing so well after being married.. i think she is setting a great example... kudos to her.. 👏
