Kismat Talkies

I know i am really behind in bollywood news , but wasn't there suppose to be a movie called Kismat Talkies starring kareena and hritik. Does any1 noe if its still in production?? And y aren't they not working together anymore???

I was a member on the hrithik and kareena forum and our forum was active for over 3 years just in the hopes of them signing this movie.
Long story short, it was supposed to have come out in 2008.

Half way in between, there were stories that hrithik wasnt happy with hte script, he demanded a script change. So that delayed hte movie even further. When Zoya Akhtar finished the script, and Kareena got a glimpse of the changed script, she realized that her character was no longer what it was supposed to be, so she was iffy, and hrithik meanwhile told Zoya that he was interseted in another one of her scripts that he'd like to do first, and all in all, the project just got shelved.

So no, its not happening anymore at the moment, though Zoya has said she plans to make it one day, lol
