What's even more surprising is that Esha has not been seen with mother Hema Malini who she would often accompany to events and stage shows. Also, she was noticeably absent during the recently concluded Filmfare Awards. Esha also didn't attend the final episode of reality show Dancing Queen, where she was scheduled to perform with Tusshar Kapoor. Incidentally, Hema Malini was the judge on the show. To know more, we contacted Hema's business manager, Prabha. "Esha was out of town and hence she couldn't attend the show (Dancing Queen) although she had committed long ago. Yes, she had been to the US, but is now in Mumbai."
We also checked with Esha's business manager Shubroto, and what he said was quite different from Prabha's version. He said, "Esha is not in town. She will be back in a few days."
We contacted Hema Malini to know more about Esha. She said, "Nothing much is going on with Esha these days, everything is fine." Commenting on why Esha didn't attend the grand finale of Dancing Queen, an angry Hema said, "Why are you asking me so many questions? I'm busy right now and can't talk to you. Esha did go to the US but why are you investigating so much about her? Why don't you trace her yourself and ask her about all this? I am busy." She then disconnected the line.
Despite repeated attempts, Esha remained unavailable for comment.
