Hello Hello,

Not long ago, someone here posted a loong response by Preity Zinta and her thoughts on journalists who print false news.

I would like such journalists to be suspended and they shouldn't be given the opportunity to write in newspapers and reputed publications.

What are your thoughts on this? Should jornalists be suspended for printing false news?

yes because even though most of us have the common sense to relize what we are reading is wrong some still belivein what they read. False news can ruin someones reputation. I feel bad for many actors everyday they are linked to ppl who they might not even know.

I agree. There have been many false articles about celebs, it's become too much. Some journalists are out of control. So far Preity has been the only vocal celeb that I've read about taking a stand against journalists who speak lies about her.

these journalists are a slap to journalism.

i think journalism/media industries need to define what they do over again. cause clearly they have no clue wth they are supposed to do.

Well then I wonder how many journalists will be left, more than half of them will be suspended!

But calling masala mags or yellow press journalists isn't right. Methinks they should be given a different name. Because journalism is (IMO) a very powerful profession and I respect it a lot. But these so-called journalists that are obsessed with celebs are just making it into a joke.

journalist doesn't makes u star !! ur talent does !! everything pz said has been spot on
even if u r star it doesn't mean that anyone can write anything about u !!! a star is also a human
being u r answerable to u family also !! if she doesn't says anything about t the false news being printed that same will be truth to other people !!

Without media and journalism, none of these bollywood actors would become star..wat talent are we talking about?? Would you say she is more talented than actors like Nasuraddin shah, or shabana azmi...the answer is NOOOOOOOO

But she became this huge of a star caz media and her P.R. team worked it for her, talent it self doesn't do a thing in today's age..

If she wanted to clarify the story , she should have just clarified it..no need to give lecture on journalism and all! Caz these are the same celebs who would spread false hook up stories when their movies are releasing.

media and stars have give and take relationships, sometime stars use media and other times media use stars!

and no I don't need to SHut up, just like preity and you..i am free to give my opinion

i used to be her fan until she starting ranting like this, when was her last HINDI movie release..looks like she needs these tactis to stay in news
