Here the point is not wheter Kat is going o be great barbie (after wacthing her last night I am pretty sure that kind of girlw as needed for BArbie).

The thing is Ethics of these companies taking Ash's name to promote or get publicity. Like someone said that the heading "KAtrina is going to be the Indian Barbie" would have not made that big a headline as "Katrina replaces Ash in the Barbie war".

Mattel toys India could do better than this. If Ash was not considered I am sure her publicist WILL NOT come out and say that in print and as well as send letters to the news channels.

I think is is high time that Ash should take some legal action on this. The same thing the Nakhastra people did. Ash refusese and they say they did not want her. Ash should sue them and tear millions off them. And then they will learn.

Anyways all the best to KAtrina but I do not see her as Indian barbie.

For me India barbie is not about that big bow but a traditional dress (if they say it is going tobe only one barbie that is goingt obe showcased all around the world). Do you think that this BArbie showcase India?

Not all Ash fans are hating on Katrina,

Im a new ash fan actually, 😆 recently ive warmed up to her

anyway id be happy with both actresses.

But congo to Katrina :) & i hope the doll figure is similar to Katrinas. That would be a change to the way women are portrayed.

Agree with the bolded part, if its going to be an indian barbie, it should be dressed in indan clothes

I saw this on all channels from Sahara samay, Headlines Today & Aaj Tak. I tell you they had a field day with this story. They did comparission it was crazy from their movie career to endorsement at the end said Ash was still ahead. I like them both, they're beautiful in their own ways. I just don't understand how can they compare the two ladies? Ash is 11 years older than Kat. I wonder if anyone will be talking about Kat 11 years from now. I know there are Ash lovers & haters but guys don' t bash each other becasue Ash or no celebrity in the world is paying you to do that.

How do you think the article where Kat says she was the first choice isn't false? Because you're a Kat fan, you think Ash being offered Barbie is wrong and the articles are false. It could be the other way around. I think things happen for the best, Ash couldn't do so Kat got it. Can't we all just be happy and not bash Ash or Kat!
