the plan actually sounds good its logical and something which can be followed quite easily no wonder kareena was happy with the way she lost weight, also her skin started looking more beautiful since last year when she lost weight.

omg..it's so helpful...i was carving myself..man..and at the end i had really heavy..so all dat got stored at fat??? nahi...but i'll cutdown chocolate..hehe..lol..
