SRK, Gauri get court call for Om Shanti Om

New Delhi: A metropolitan magistrate issued notices to Shah Rukh Khan, his wife Gauri and director Farah Khan on Tuesday, asking them to be present in the court on the February 22, 2009.

This is in connection with an application moved by veteran actor Manoj Kumar on the Shah Rukh Khan-starrer Om Shanti Om.

Manoj Kumar had filed an application against the three regarding a scene in the movie which he felt ridiculed him.

The Andheri metropolitan magistrate had last month issued summons to the three, asking them to be present in the court on Tuesday.

However, the three did not show up following which the magistrate issued the notices to them.

wow seriously? i swear manoj kumar just wants pubic***y, he needs to learn how to take a joke..the movie is over a year old,he needs to let it go.

I understand elder actors should be respected, but SRK mimicked manoj kumar's style. When did mimicry become a crime. The man(MK) needs to laugh once in awhile!

and the complaint is old too!

these 3 failed to appear in the court and they hv been asked to appear again.

Its not a new complaint. They should just do the needful and end the matter once n for all.
