Does voting matter?

I've always been of the opinion that public voting doesn't matter at all in a reality show like BB.
Outside of people like us who get involved enough to take to discussing the show online, most of its viewers don't care enough for anyone to actually vote for the contestants. This show is primetime entertainment for viewers, they just want drama. As long as there is enough entertainment in the show, no one would care about whom it is coming from. I mean, almost everyone I know watches this show and yet, I don't know one person who votes.
So, if the majority of its viewers don't care to vote, why would the creatives want to cater to the minority who do have fierce favorites? I think their sole focus is on retaining people who would create conflicts and provide entertainment and even if the said people are not getting
votes, it wouldn't matter to them. What do you guys think?😛

No, winner is decided by BB. All voting is a sham. Don't waste your money or energy voting.

It does not. I lost belief in the voting system when Mahek was ousted in the middle and then brought back later just to keep Salman's credibility alive.
