If Mahek is really getting Salman's support - I'm glad :-) I think she's a very strong contestant, she did seem a little lonely & frustrated in the beginning, but she emerged stronger after Sky's abuses. Which is commendable, I wouldn't have been able to do that if I were her. And I think that's what makes a lot of people like her. Sky had no business bringing Mahek's past into the show, it was blackmail! If you look at the scene, you'll understand that Sky had no context either & Pooja Bedi was a happy and mute spectator! Did he bring Sunny's past into the show? NO, then why Mahek, because he wanted to get in the good books of Pooja & Juhi. And Shonali, who was very anti-mahek at that time.

Pooja Mishra gained popularity because she was bullied by everyone in the house. But why she's unable to gather as much appreciation - clearly, she's very inconsistent in her behavior and can display extreme emotions.

Mahek showed masti, real strength & honesty on the show. That's why Mahek gets support from a lot of young people, especially girls I feel. Now whether BB edited the clips to portray Mahek this way, we'd never know, other than Pooja Bedi no contestant has alleged that. All those who support Sky & Pooja Bedi support them cos they're bullies themselves.
