Some people take time before they open up to strangers. Also PooB knows PooM from big switch because I had read an article that stated PooB was following the show closely because her half-brother was a participant. PooM has accused Adam Bedi and other contestant that they were doing drugs and manipulating the crowd by handing cash. As far as we seen, PooB is a character who holds grudges once she forms her opinion. I do partially agree that PooM is paranoid that everybody is trying to get her, but the contestants, especially PooB, made her paranoia worse by instigating her every move even if it wasn't related to her.

Bullying is a serious problem and only people who have been bullied understand how intense the situation is. PooM's outburst is totally not appreciable but I guess she resorted to the least harmful means to get people off her back after failing verbally.
