Thanks for refreshing my memory... sorry i did not know that Deepak was also the hero... b'coz whenever i have seen that movie; i always thought Shahrukh as the hero .. so Deepak's role was chopped off i guess

I think Deepak Tijori is as confused as the films he direct. Just because he was romancing the female lead in KHKN doesn't mean that he was the hero of the film. The film was about a loser guy which Shahrukh portrayed. Tijori was also in Anjaam as Madhuri's husband and Shahrukh played the negative lead. Hope he doesn't think that he could have been 'King Tijori' of this millennium. Tsk..Tsk...Tsk..

yeah possible why not , if he had got the right mentor and met the right people and roles who knows he would have been on top but anyways he was good in the roles he did esp the ones in aashique and jo jeeta wohi sikander ......

I agree, not to forget his role in Khiladi - remember that murder mystery with Akshay kumar.

Khiladi was actually quite an entertaining movie. I think I was in grade 4 or something when I watched it and if I remember correctly Tijori's character's name in the movie was Bonny. That is the name I knew him by till a cpl of years ago.😆

I feel really sorry for Deepak. Pity him cos he couldn't show his 'talent' in front of the King Khan. 😆 How unfortunate, maybe Deepak's fate in Bollywood would have been different. 😛 But alas, things don't always work out for the best, now do they?

Hey Aryan, John has a good body, brains and acting skills. If you want to become a hit in Bollywood, work on the latter two. 😃 😃

Deepak was the hero just like Sunny Deol was the hero in Darr. But who walked away with all the accolades at the end? SRK and his Kkkkkkiran which people still talk about today. 😆

SRK had the more interesting role in KHKN. Deepak gave a good performance too. 😃 Does anyone remember the heroine? Suchitra? Looks like she got the raw deal at the end. Never heard anything about her after that film.
