I am not fan of AShmit, but in this case, I think - the other housemates are partly to be blamed too for not protesting or saying anything!

It's about their OWN health and hygiene!

If they can fight about so little things, then why not for broom on table?

Moreover, it might happen that ashmit after cleaning the table with broom cleans it with wet cloth....

We don't have clear idea how the housemates clean the BB house!
