If you come acroos somebody like Dolly Bondra in your group, or workplace or in any other way where it is not possible for you to avoid her, what would your approach be? Will you try to pacify her or confront her in her own style? Pacifying means giving in to her demands all the time and to confront means to get abused severely.

Someone like Dolly won't be tolerated ina workplace.........she will be fired.

Rest, I will go Hrishant's way of dealing with Dolly.

First I will try with gandhigiri or try to avoid her.. But then if I see that person is again n again attacking me for anything or everything, and comes up with personal attacks, then I will start my own series of Beeps 🤣

I will simply avoid her as much as possible and apne kaam se kaam rakhoonga, I will not try to be a hero😆 In logon ke jitne moo lago, utna apna hi dimaag kharab hoga... So I will do kaam ki baat with her and ignore all her beeps😆

I really do not think I can go on Gandhigiri way When person like Dolly abuse me 😆😆😆If such situation like this..

But U know I wonder We shown so many person attacks ,humilations of housemates by dolly..but they never shown anyone doing such with dolly..They were fighting but not like dolly

I shown sara telling Dolly's reputation is so down in industry..but no one attacked her in that way....

I think jaise Usne sabke Nass pakdi...Kisiko to usko uski jagah dikhani chhiye thi..Sab ko strugglers bolti hai,hurr karti hai,aukat dikhati hai,dhmaki ya deti hai..Koi mai ka laali nahi hai jo janta hai uska past..aur ase expose kare...😕😕😕Thats Why I m proud of Sameer..👏👏

Yes, but this will not assure immunity. These kind of people can again attack anyone. Remember Seema was in her good books just till a couple of days back.😆

If Hrishant really had a way to deal with her...Dolly would not have become so much of a nuisance..!! None of them were concerned about actually dealing with her...tey were concerned about saving their own skin in front of her.

They are on their own.
Hrishant supported Shweta the whole time and even questioned Khali's role.
