Manoj conversation about fight in BB house

yesterday episode , Manoj T was keep asking the same question about ,if someone start a fight and start hitting physically , then would BB will intervene. (as we know because of that samir an MT had heated argument) and And at the end the Precap shown. Does he knew that its going to happen?
