It is true that Claudia chose to participate in the show on her own sweet will, and that she should have prepared herself for a challenging time ahead. However, it doesn't absolve anybody, irrespective of whether they are comedians or undertakers, to be so obnoxious...
She must've understood the word
"safed"... and would obviously have been hurt by the derision...
I'm sure that those people who find RS's act to be hilarious would think otherwise when they are in a similar situation... It is easy to decide that what RS did was no big deal, until one fits into the other person's shoes and walks a mile in them...
