Why is Priyank following Vikas everywhere? Lol

In BB he was always arguing with Vikas and outside his behaviour is totally different.

Also, I can understand Shilpa refusing to attend Arshi's party due to their conflicts on the show but then why is she still wearing Arshi's mom's bangle? Why this pretense of still caring for Arshi when she's clearly not fond of her anymore? Lol
