Basically it is only Shilpa who got something big. Shilpa much needed to get back into the lime light and earn back respect from people who showed her the door.

Vikas and Hina were already playing in money before entering the house. If they had dedicated the same time to a show, they would be more or less in the same place. Hina would definitely avoid all the negative attention so it is a failed venture for her.

Shilpa became a chef.

I think Shilpa gained the most from the show...she is back in spotlight and truly speaking she really has earned a lot of fans through BB11. Her past controversies have led her to this place but now she has really put that all behind. Now it's up to her to maintain that fan base and get work.
Vikas has also gained a lot of respect and became the face of BB. After his controversies in the past, I think BB also helped put everything that was in his past behind. And for people like me, who only knew him because of the controversies, and didn't know any background about the controversy, BB has helped put perspective in our eyes and see what kind of person he really his.
Hina might have maintained her fans and gained some new, but in reality this was the most negative publicity she might have gotten ever. If not from the fans, definitely from the media, which whether we like it or not, play an important role in the lives of the celebrities.
