In your birthday, You will only get birthday wishes from your close friends who actually remembers the date or have saved in their calendar. But if you announce it in your college canteen and give party everyone will come and wish. That's the same going on here. If someone is buying votes than no one can beat him.

Array bhai jisko bleieve karna hai karo...jisko nahi karna na karo. There is a huge disparity between Shilpa and Hina/Luv. Shilpa is NOT winning for sure. Thats ALL that matters to me.
