I wanted to know what her excuse was, I couldn't hear 😆
It was so obvious she was helping him hide it though, she needs to learn to shut up so she doesn't look a fool. 😆

I can't believe Hina actually said that! Honestly when this show started Hina was my fav but as every day passes I lose more and more respect for her!

I'm wondering though why was she so confidently denying it??

I tried re-watching the scene

First, she applied the foundation on his forehead

Then, She put setting spray on it

And then, she tried to wipe it off? or rub it off?😕

then Luv got up and she said ja simran jee le apni zindagi..which clearly implied that she helped Luv and was happy. But I didn't understand the logic behind rubbing it off?

Hina speaks nothing but the truth. The whole wide world knows that she does not know how to lie and she is the most honest person anybody would ever come across. She did not lie about makeup - She was not applying any make up on his forehead. Luv had already had applied makeup on his forehead and unfortunately Hina got blamed for this because all she looked at it very lovingly and did nothing else. But it is okay in this world only the truthful and honest people get the most severe punishment and Hina being the queen of big heart took the ENTIRE blame on herself because she did not want her friend to be jailed. This just SHOWS what an innocent, pure, beautiful soul she is. How can anyone be as thoughtful as Hina Khan? People should take lessons from her and her name should be in the history book for the lady who was the most kind, most caring and most thought ever in this entire world and no one can ever come close to her greatness.

It's possible they applied some strong stuff before applying mehndi so that its colour didn't go into skin, that's why Hina was saying "woh pehla ka hoga" when Arshi was showing it.
