She is genuinly caring, carefree, loving and hard working.. Works like a maid.. occassionally gets overworked and let's out her frustration on little harmless people like Jyoti, pooja

But overall has a personality thats very kind, motherly, mature, wise, eg accommodating the rude arrogant pooja in the starting, cooking for everyone, etc

Not to forget she is a fab actor, out of work, frustrated, and is just putting on masks... Different masks on different hours, sometimes the mask slips and we see her ugly side when she is barking on Jyoti, pooja, etc

She let's of the steam by showing her true menancing self in hatching plans for Vikas.
