He did said..but definitely we don't know whether Vikas know about it or not..I dunno if it is just me,.may be I sound weird but announcing your periods of national television made me so comfortable😳

Yes, he did say that to her during the fight. Later at night, Hina was telling this to Shilpa that she was on the first day of her cycle and Vikas told her ki aapko bimari ho gayi thi. Shilpa even commented on this. She said, "where did he come from"(or something like that)

If Vikas was aware of Hina's condition, then it was really bad of him to say that to her. But, I think he wasn't aware and made that comment in the heat of the moment.

Arey they showed it in the episode. What happened was that Hina taunted Vikas saying kabhi kisi ko uthata hai kabhi kuchh karta hai, fir oh my god oh my god bolke baitha rehta hai (holding her elbow as if hurt). That's when Vikas said aapko toh bohot beemari thi na jo bed pe padi thi but Ben ko uthake kudi tab kuchh nahi hua aapko? That's what he said.

Basically, yesterday Is aw a video where Hina was talking with Puneesh I think and complained about Vikas acting hurt/ill and not doing any housework. But also picking up Puneesh and hence proving that his arm is not paining him. So, she taunted him about that and Vikas taunted her back because she must have been playing with Ben on that day. Personally, I don't think he was being insensitive. If she is not working one day because of her periods, and she later feels okay enough to play, then same can happen with Vikas. Maybe when he picked Puneesh, he got better? It's not cool to make fun of someone's problem if you're not 100% sure that the other person is faking it. If she did it first, it's okay if she gets it back.

It was Hina who taunted Vikas about his arm first and Vikas retaliated. It is there in the episode.

Hina get back , but if vikash sach mai woh mean karti hai to he was also wrong in this sensitive matter ...but i think vikash cycle ko mean nehi kiya ..but hina then rat ko aise kyu bola..actually all r edited...Cant pick wrong or right clearly...

So it's totally unfair to jump into a conclusion . Maybe Vikas didn't knew about her periods and just said 'bimaari' for a real 'bimaari coz she took a dig at his elbow problem too.

And clearly the way Vikas said that it didn't seem like he was talking about her periods .

Hina first taunted him by telling he is against her since she is 'taking his class'. Then their argument started. She mocked him for telling he has elbow pain. She acted as if someone is in pain holding her elbow too. Then Vikas told her she too was resting on the bed due to her sick condition and later on picked up Ben on her back and playing. Conversation is not clear. But I don't think Vikas called period a disease. I felt he addressed Hina's low condition during the day. She was unwell due to periods and may be he referred to that. But it will be easier to understand if they upload the whole clip. If he had referred period as disease then its horrible.

Vikas ne bola tha ki uss din hina ko bimari hogayi thi but dont have any idea ki usko hina ke periods ke bare me pata tha ya nhi😕.agar pata tha to wo boht zada wrong h periods koi bimari nhi hoti. jo bhi ho ye hina n vikas boht respectfully Aap Aap karke ladte h, ladai karo to aisi ki koi words beep na karna pade😆. Atleast 1 hr epi dekhke aisa he lag raha h
