actually that show producer or whoever talked to shilpa didn't treat her well in their meeting. they did double the money also but money was not the main matter, shilpa didn't want to quit but they wr not listening to her so she had to for her self respect..

vikas apni jagaah sahi hai and shilpa had her own point. agar vikas wahaan hota to baat itni na bigarti shayed
