Depending on context this statement can be taken both ways positive and negative..

Positive: Girls are not dependent on their husbands anymore.. now they are educated enough to step out of wronged marriage.

Negative: Education has gone into girl heads, they feel to highly n bossy in marriages leading to divorces.
