OM can be referred to as baccha tbh. Hes definitely not treated as an elder due to this disgusting antics.

The whole context with nitibha saying that, then Mona talking about the conversation she had with Rohan in bathroom and then Manveer talking about chill pill - Its about Rohan and not baba
