Finale votes are audited so there is no chance of a commoner in top 2. So It should be Bani vs Rohan in top 2. The only way, celebrity vs commoner is possible when Bigg Boss does some trick. I heard that there can be only 3 finalists instead of 4 so it's possible that they can kick out Rohan before finale and keep Bani, Manveer and Manu in top 3.

Celebrity vs Commoner is only possible when there is one celeb and rest commoners in finale.
