I have been trying to log in but it wont let me... Ppl from out of india can only vote online and this thing never works... So how are we suppose to vote?

Online voting wasn't working for me too but after after some 10-15mins of trying it worked.

I wasn't getting logged in. I tried several times and after sometime let it be like that then about 5-6 mins later I could login and vote. After that I could vote without any issue.

It works.

Login @ http://www.in.com and click on bb7 tab that will take you to bigg boss 7 website. U can click on voting tab there and vote.

Try this link. I have tried all other links without success but this one works. See the "uk" after .com, that makes the difference. For some reason uk link works but usa link does not!
