This is the message I get when trying to vote. I understand that Andy is eliminated. But who decides the winner? I am confused? Does anyone know?

BB producers and sponsors decide the winner. Don't waste your time and money in voting.

they will open the voting lines once andys eviction episode is telecast, on the 25th i think. tht must just be an error tht they r closed for the season
