1.3 bowls of aata
2.1.5 bowl of desi ghee
3. Mix 1 and 2 till and cook until fragrant, about 10 minutes.Till you get a brown color while heating it on the gas
4. 3 bowls of water with 2.5 bowls of sugar (depends on how sweet do you want it to be). Simmer it till the sugar dissolves.
5. When 4 is ready pour it in 3 while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
6.Continue cooking and stirring until the halwa pulls away from the sides of the pan, 10 minutes.
Cant we do it without ghee 😉
