In his jealousy, Kushal went way overboard. I think he must still be ruminating over Sachiin Joshi puppet remark and all that. I personally don't see why he was acting up - they need to play the game. Gauahar was comparatively so sane and sensible in talking to Kushal while he kept on acting angry and hurt for silly reasons.
