Highest vote gainer should be in the house from day1. Gauhar broke that rule - major violation of the basic rule of BB. So if BB is fair and not rigged, Gauhar should not win.

I have never seen a contestant who has walked out of the BB house voluntarily, or got kicked out for something, or was a wild card entry, ever win BB. All the past winners were people who remained on BB property (BB house or secret room) since Day 1. If BB game goes the same way this year, then Gauhar, Ajaz, and Armaan have no chance of winning. It literally is between Tanisha, Sangy, and Andy. I predict Sangram.

No where does it say that winner has be in the house from day 1. BB even said to Ajaz it's nothing like that! they're asking the public to choose the winner out of the finalists and ideally the person with most votes should win. if they make someone else win then they're fooling the public...

The reason it hasn't happened before is because of the unfairness factor. If BB chooses to defy the past norms, then so be it. But I think it would be unfair for a contestant to spend time, even if it was little, outside the house and come back in and win it. That defeats the WHOLE purpose of the Bigg Boss game of being locked up and shut out from the world continuously. The little break a contestant would've gotten provides an advantage to the said contestant. Just my opinion.
