Reading the thoughts of young readers here... this is a shame that even girls were thinking that, that was not a Violence ??? Asian should know the meaning of Home Violence , Verbal Violence . If Kushal is in house after that violence, unintentional touch of a stick doesn't create a violence, just because it's a woman involved, it's not a violence against woman. The clause for violence against women is explicitly for gender based violence. Even a woman can be charged under VAW law, if the victim is victimized for being a woman. Here all the contestants are on equal footing. They are men or women later.

Yes, many things might have happened beyond our eyes, so lets see, what comes in the investigation. Based on what we have seen, I don't see any criminal offense. Kushal's offense against Andy is more criminal in it's intent.

There are such cases still going on with Pervious contestants of BB house. So BB team is also clear about how to handle these things. I can only see, Sophia and Armaan both getting some extra footage after BB7 is over. That's the only result.😆
