It was Khushal's college nick name...

Salman told Khushal that now he knows his college nick name and Kushal asked "Kamo" and Salman was like why u took this name and everyone was laughing coz first he used the word gi and not ga and then his nick was kammo and secondly he himself disclosed this name on national tv
