sangy and kamaya can be joint winner..here is proof they did task in bigbrother6 uk

On Day 16, the housemates participated in the Box Task. Each housemate had to sit in a cardboard box for as long as they could. The winner of the task received luxury meals and an unlimited supply of wine for the week. After 26 hours and 16 minutes, Anthony, Derek, and Roberto were announced as the joint-winners of the task.
