Exactly. I think Kushal has mentioned this before too..that she never accepts he is something to her. I thought after the confession that would not be a problem anymore. But now he wants her to give him the 'boyfriend' title. The worst bit was that he was on the verge of tears after that fight. :|

SO glad they are good now. Gau had a point when she said she didn't want to give importance to the statement by giving a clarification where as Kush was right on his part when he said she should've accepted he is her boyfriend. He is that kind. Don't blame him. :)
