If she is FILING A CASE... the follow up has to be BASED on something- evidence, witnesses.. first she doesnt have.. second is her only shot.. clearly her best argument to all her claims were 'both Gau Ku told her to file complaint .. why would they , if there was nothing'.. so by deductive logic she is DEPENDING on their testimony as eye witnesses..

If she had only blamed Armaan.. she would have had some shot.. she directly blames and obv in her complaint will have to cite and file Endemol.. an organization is bigger than an individual.. Endemol is thrash her credentials in no time, based on her BB footage itself if not outside records.. there is a big divide between courage and reckless stupidity.. She is clearly the second..

just because she has no voice against such big organisation????

no wonder in our country ppl think 1000 times whether to not go n file the complaint...
this escapism is what is more bothering rather than a futile move

I will be curious to see Gauhar and Kushal's statement to the police as she is counting on them as her witnesses.. there's stupidity and then there's Hayat.. all the opposition will do is dig her medical records or construe stuff and prove she is under influence and due to withdrawals was hallucinating..and these same witnesses she is counting on will avoid her.. IKR..i had such huge expectations from her tht she will do chutti of armaan, tanisha and gau etc. Initially her standing up to arman and then kushal was so admirable. But then later on why was she so confused all the time...even her instigating armaan at the end looked so contrived. Ab nikalke yeh kaarname.. yeh toh totally basketcase nikli...😆

finally finished epi seeing bits and pieces over the day...

ajaz/kamya - idhar/udhar (andar bahaar).. Ajaz still may get through but i think thoda desperate lag rahan hain.. suicide joke was a lot and frankly really vomiting for acting - janta might stop trusting him on what he is saying to believe or not... .as i suspected there was a thread somewhere that he is in fact married still and hence no need to win for money for son.. still he is the only true entertainer this season with andy so still has a chance...

Gaushal - lmao inlogo ke bale (l intentional) kya bolu babbu... they conspire week after week and try to use friendship card --- fairness ki to waisi taisi...

I understand your passion on this... Sophia's outburts on this seems to be aggravated by Gaushal's comment on her going to police by her own quote on that.. I think everyone is agreeing that if it was an assault she should file a complaint but she is totally one who flies of the handle based on other people's instigations... Also gaaliyan inside BB doesnt qualify as crime - i dont think.. so it will come down to footage and if she pushed armaan that might work against her..

but lets drop this topic... i dont think its something ifers need to worry about.. let her act and if she does let the law take its course!!

i disagree to the statement that she should not have dragged BB into it..i mean why not??? its their show...and as per their rules any act of violence will result in eviction...so if armaan is spared BB and to some extent salman could be involved...we cannot give them clean chit ...

My POV is tht shows like BB thrives on controversies Everybody Knows that. So dragging BB into the court case will not serve any purpose. Because BB knows all the loop holes. In fact BB holds the footage which can clear everything up.

@Empussa- you seem to presume extremes😆 one way or highway..

there are 2 ways of doing something.. Just doing it.. or Doing it SMARTLY..

in the approach she has taken... it will max create 2 days of hype she will scream .. nothing achieved.. Pooja Bedi in spite of having bolly connections couldn't do crap by just screaming around.. if Sophie really cares for this to have anything productive out of it.. she needed to deal through lawyers before screaming in the media..

lets assume she was abused intentionally and IS A VICTIM- when it happened she got played by BB in CR and decided to stay till Sat.. there itself she loses credence/ conviction.. had she not wanted to hear a thing and only wanted to talk to her lawyers. (something that Imam did.. broke property .. trusted no one till his friend came- for i dont even know what context 😆 i presumed religious comment) .. the best way to deal with enterprises is by letting proffessionals represent you.. She would have gotten a better treatment that way than what awaits her now..

she got played by one and all in the game.. her behavior in the game has loopholes...all they would do is discredit her mental state.. she herself has screamed about anxiety issues million times.. how long will it take to prove she was having withdrawal symptoms.. so this screaming and shouting will not help her.. UNLESS thats ALL SHE WANTS.. FOOTAGE..

in the prof. world all of us have to deal with Org when it comes to contract clauses.. breach etc.. I myself have.. big deal.. you just need to be represented and know what loophole to hit at.. there's a reason 50-100 independent candidates contest election ..they may be just as clean as Kejriwal but only AAP made such an impressive debut yesterday.. its called strategizing.. MIND OVER MATTER
