I don't think so he is fooling Gauhar. If thats the case then he shouldn't have beaten Andy for playing with Gauhar's personal stuff during task.

I think you are incredibly nave to think that he did that because of Gauhar

He did that because Andy absolutely humiliated him during that task, Kushal didn't have any answer for the guy and was feeling frustrated. Andy was also creating a difference between him and Gauhar and he could not hack that and just needed the opportunity to vent his frustration, this opportunity presented itself under the mask of Gauhars izzat.
