If kaliya affects a group of people with darker skin, Buddha also applies to millions of his age. So none is doing a better job abusing. Both affects people the same way. And if someone was 40 years with dark skin, they must have been pissed with both ... So yes, I agree two wrongs don't make one right, that actually contradicts the notion of your post... As I said before, while both are abusing, none can claim, my abuse was better than other person.
