People exaggerate so much. Sangram, who is probably the calmest of all of them, himself has gotten *cough cough* upset *cough cough* many times. There is no one who can remain *pure* and *blameless* in BB house. BB won't let them.

he needs to at least hold the position for 3 seconds. for his inner core muscles .. he really needs a trainer.. i feel sometimes he does it so rough and in jerk movements he will hurt himself
