Shilpa tried hard to break the group and she even said that this group will never break. But it was Tanisha who went first and told Shilpa something about Kamya and then Kamya got angry with Tanisha and told Gauhar what tanisha said about Gauhar. Shilpa is the root cause and Tanisha is the immediate cause.

I think der were 2 turning points. The Kushal-Tani fight and Salman supporting Tani. In dat it became clear that Tani was the favored one. And den the 'daal-chicken' nomination twist where things changed and the grp dynamics it led to continue till date.
