BiggBoss needs to clarify the house rules on what constitutes as a violence? Is physical contact the only definition of violence? In many places if you are blatantly into somebody's face and your spit goes on them that is considered violence.
The castle law applies in situation like this when somebody is invading your personal space where you are cornered and from this point onwards the rules of engagement and self defense should apply.
Man or a Woman if somebody stuffs their face right up against my face, I would deem it as a threat and respond appropriately.
