Gauhar is extremely self centred and self obsessed. Her world starts and ends with herself.

Tanisha is more centered around the ppl she loves, adores etc. She is defo very caring and patient.

Its easy to be a Gauhar but very tough to be a Tani.

For ppl who say Tani lacks leadership quality, i strongly disagree. Tani has time and again showed in the show itself that she can lead and turn the tide in her favour anytime. Rajneeti task n kabhi haa kabhi naa task is just an eg.
