How to differentiate between PR and non PR member?

I am really confused about the talk of PR used in different forums - including here.

Can I believe that the members who joined before September 1, 2013 or before August 1, 2013 (before finalizing contestants of bb 7) can not be PR of some contestant as they are old members? Or it is not that way.

Well, I am not saying members joined after these date are only PR (but there are chances that they are PR) - no offence.

And if this is true, why can not we have poll for old members to get better idea (using new topic rather than new poll)?

housemates started their PR activities much before bigg boss 7 started.
gauhar seem to be having too much support here, that others cannot raise their opinion or show their support for other contestants.

Ok - let me say before December 31, 2012 - PR would not have started working before that? no?

simple, if you're a hardcore fan girl, you are basically a PR. NON PAID PR PERSON. 😆

PR agents are stationary, only the clients change 😊... this season gauhar is their client in my opinion

PR companies get contracts from some person, then they unleash 1000s of PR agents to manipulate our thinking on housemates. and we younger audience are a little stupid to understand this.
