Final Warning - Do you feel insulted?

Every IF forum would almost certainly have a final warning thread by moderators. I personally feel such posts are disgusting. We are not school kids that someone has to give us final warning, neither we are kind of criminals being given warning by police.

Off course, mods have to implement rules, codes of conduct etc but then publish the rule, publish the actions that would be taken for breaking rules and go ahead and take action.

Why such insulting post like final warning?
