I agree, mine are not interested in BB, even if they were I wouldnt let them. I watch BB In the mornings anyways...neither husband or bacha's are at home.

They present women as resilient characters , that should not give up Hope. Kahani Ghar Ghar was amazing in showing a daughter in law duty.

trust me there r many daily soaps that show women as weak personalities... telling a woman she shouldn't lose hope can be done without showing the woman as weak.

kayamath - prachi - such a weak woman - she was always crying, first for neev, then for milind. I mean she was even willing to see Ayesha and milind marry 1 another when he had memory loss it was only after she got a bit of courage 4rm her mum and neev tht she decided 2 fight for milind and help him get his memory back - had she not got that courage she wouldn't have done anything.

bani ishq da kalma - this woman is defo weak - her husband ditched her, tried to prove she was mad when she tried to stop him 4rm marrying Jia, yet she wants to give the man a chance and bring him on the right path?😲

ghar ki laxmi betiyaan - the mother of 4 daughters was a servant in her own house - her hubby remarried becos he wanted a son. the mother and 4 daughters were always looked down upon and yet the mother loved her husband and was always shown as listening to every insult quietly. 😕

bidaai - ragini was always crying - and even sadhna - the two could never stand up against their mother in law Vasu. they were anything but strong personalities.

reth - shekhar had an affair and later even married the woman he had an affair with - but when jia became friends with Shom - he was jealous and the family weren't happy either - its like if the son does it, its ok but if the daughter or daughter in law does it then its Paap😲😕 double standards.

kasam se - bani loved jai so much and he slept with her sis and had a baby with her, yet bani accepted him back...

and there are many more... while the shows do try to show the woman as a strong character i.e. tulsi and prerna but at times its ridiculous the way they portray them i.e. tulsi took mihir back despite him having an affair with mandira and even having a child with her - its not only dramas but even films - raja ki aayegi baraat was 1 movie where rani gets married to her rapist and falls in love with him??😲😕

Zee TV, the beautiful girl with boiled egg big eyes? Cant remember the name but its some muslim based serial and last year he gave a sound thrashing to her over something...
