I'm guessing chamiya is used as a slang word in Hindi and means poof in English slang.
it was definitely wrong for kushal to say that, as it is offensive.
moving away from big boss for a moment, depending on the context this kind of informal language is used, it is somehow made acceptable as they are words and phrases that are common for some people in there daily speech.
